The wife of Thomas Wayne and mother of their two sons, Thomas, Jr. and Bruce, Martha Wayne (d. 1983) despised her family, dismissing both her husband as an incompetent sadist and her sons as spoiled, demanding brats.
Martha was shot and killed by Alfred Pennyworth.
