The Pigeon - Nightwing

A costumed super-criminal from Gotham City during Dick Grayson's time as Robin, The Pigeon is an "art terrorist" who stole and defaced artwork to highlight the darker history of colonialism and bloodshed behind some of Gotham's most well-known and celebrated pieces.

She is the mentor of Shawn Tsang, aka the Defacer, taking her on as her young apprentice.

Both The Pigeon and Defacer were arrested by Batman, Robin, and Lt. Gordon.

Stallion - Nightwing

The alter ego of Randy Hanrahan, Stallion, was a former enforcer and bouncer for the Penguin.

Most of his victims were men, as he used violence to cope with his deep-seated desire for love, connection, and acceptance. His sexuality was something he had been made to feel ashamed of throughout his life, both in organised crime and as a professional football player.

After a confrontation with the first Robin, he was defeated, arrested, and sentenced to four years in Blackgate. Upon his release, he moved to Blüdhaven, determined to make a fresh start and become a better person.

Randy Hanrahan - Nightwing

A former pro football player, Randy Hanrahan, was frequently bullied and belittled for being gay growing up. In response, he repressed his feelings and tried to be the perfect son.

He eventually fell in with the Penguin’s gang, taking the alias Stallion, and served as Cobblepot’s enforcer and bouncer at the Iceberg Lounge, until a fight with Robin I landed him in Blackgate Prison.

After serving his four-year sentence, Randy left the criminal life behind and moved to Blüdhaven. There, he joined the Run-Offs—a weekly support group for former super-criminals. With their support, along with regular therapy, he began confronting his internalised homophobia and accepting that he is gay and deserving of a loving, fulfilling relationship. He is also working to control his temper.

He is currently working as a barman at the Blazin' Saddle. 

The Blazin' Saddle - Nightwing

 Located next door to the Blüdhaven Motel, The Blazin' Saddle is a western-themed bar frequented by Dick Grayson.

Unbeknownst to anyone, he keeps a spare Nightwing costume and gear hidden on the roof, behind the giant neon cowboy. 

The bar hosts regular line-dancing nights.

On April 1st, 1989, Harvey and Two-Face were released during Joker’s riot but refused to join the chaos, grieving the loss of their coin.

Later that night, after Batman returned the coin, Harvey & Two-Face secretly allowed the vigilante to leave Arkham. Before returning to his cell, he destroyed the Tarot deck in a final act of defiance, declaring he was no longer afraid of them.

Worldwide Realty were the purchasing agent involved with Adrian Veidt’s procurement of Alguna Island from the Government of Ecuador in 1968.

More than just a publicity tool for the Minutemen, Phantom was a member of the team, fighting alongside his owner, Night Owl. 

On May 23, 1961, just months before retiring, he and Nite-Owl successfully arrested William Walter Schott, aka the Bully.

Simon Acquiare - The Watchmen: Sourcebook

The Minister of Interior for Ecuador, Simon Acquiare, co-signed Dimensional Developments Inc.’s purchase of Alguna Island from the Government of Ecuador on the 10th of May 1968.

Red - Untold Tales of Blackest Night

The leader of the Rainbow Raiders, Red, knew his group held little status in Keystone and Central City’s criminal hierarchy when compared to the other Rogues. 

As he led a toast for their planned suicide pact, he hoped they would be resurrected as Black Lanterns and join the “winning side.

The celebration was short-lived. Nekron and Black Hand left the Raiders poisoned and lifeless in their art gallery, deeming them too insignificant even to serve him.

Chemo - Justice League

An artificial intelligence powered by one of Dr Will Magnus's seven responsometers, Chemo was composed of highly volatile and dangerous chemicals. They were born when an unknown thief dropped their stolen responseometer into a vat of chemicals and ordered them to assassinate Magnus. 

Their rampage was stopped by the Metal Men at great personal cost: the six Metal Men sacrificed their physical forms to render the chemicals in their body inert. 

Karma - Justice League

The alter-ego of Wayne Hawkins, Karma (d. 2013), was a member of the Doom Patrol with the power to generate and project a probability field around him that makes it physically impossible for an opponent to hurt him. While the Chief calls this "defensive telepathic nerve pulse disruption," he calls it Karma, hence his name. 

He was killed during a fight with Johnny Quick in Denver, Colorado, when the Speedster knocked him into the path of an explosion. 

Wayne Hawkins - Justice League

The alter-ego of Karma, Wayne Hawkins (d. 2013), suffered a near-fatal accident that changed his life forever. 

Saved by Dr Niles Caulder, his body was augmented, granting him meta-human abilities, which he used as a reluctant member of the Doom Patrol. 

Scotty Fischer - Justice League

The alter-ego of Scortch, Scotty Fischer (d. 2013), was a high school honour student when a life-threatening accident changed his life forever. 

Saved by Dr Niles Caulder, he was given meta-human abilities and inducted into the ranks of the Doom Patrol. 

Scortch - Justice League

The alter-ego of Scott Fischer, Scortch (d. 2013), was a member of the Doom Patrol with the power to generate and project intense heat and radiation. Because his powers are so unstable, he must wear a protective suit at all times to stop him from going nuclear. 

He was killed by Atomica when she used her shrinking powers to jump into his ear and cut off his anterior cerebral circulation, causing him to have an internal haemorrhage. 

Negative Woman - Justice League

A member of the Doom Patrol, she was killed by Johnny Quick and Atomica. 

Mick Rory - Earth 3 - Justice League

An officer for the CCPD, Mick Rory (d. 2008), was murdered by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda after he and his partner, Leonard Snart, were held hostage at S.T.A.R. Labs and forced to fight to the death, with the promise that the winner’s family would be spared.

Distraught about killing Snart, Rory pleaded for his family’s lives, but was shot and killed instead.

Leonard Snart - Earth 3 - Justice League

An officer for the CCPD, Leonard "Lenny" Snart (d. 2008), was murdered by his friend and partner, Mick Rory, after they were held hostage at S.T.A.R. Labs and forced to fight to the death, with the promise that the winner’s family would be spared.

Marco Mardon - Earth 3 - Justice League

A detective for the CCPD, Samuel Scudder (d. 2008), was murdered by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda. 

Axel Walker - Earth 3 - Justice League

A rookie officer for the CCPD, Axel Walker (d. 2008), was killed by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda after they threw him down an elevator shaft, then beat him to death when they realised he had survived with a broken neck.
