Though as "Green Lantern" had been hunting down metas and costumed superheroes & villains to intergrate into Brainiac's army for three weeks prior to TFX's arrival, it is possible that he was adbucted and imprisoned aboard Brainiac's Skull Ship. 

Kite-Man - Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

A costumed supercriminal, Kite-Man was in Metropolis during the time of Brainiac's invasion. 

His tattered and bloody kite was found abandoned by Task Force X, leading them to conclude that he was dead. 

Though as "Green Lantern" had been hunting down metas and costumed superheroes & villains to intergrate into Brainiac's army for three weeks prior to TFX's arrival, it is possible that he was adbucted and imprisoned aboard Brainiac's Skull Ship.

The alter-ego of Tim Drake, Robin III, is still an active member of the Bat-Family following the Nightfall Protocol.  

He was ambushed in the Metropolis Batcave while trying to access the Babel Protocols and seemingly killed by "Batman". 

Though since "Batman" had expressed a desire to capture and integrate Oracle, it is also highly possible that they kept him alive, imprisoning him aboard Brainiac's command ship with the rest of the defeated and cloned heroes.

The alter-ego of Barbara Gordon, Oracle, is still an active member of the Bat-Family following the Nightfall Protocol. 

"Batman" planned to have her captured and integrated once Brainiac and his forces had finished conquering Metropolis.
