Scarface - Gotham Knights

A ventriloquist dummy owned by The Ventriloquist, aka Peyton Riley, Scarface, is an enemy of both the G.C.P.D. and the Bat Family.

There is heavy debate on which of the two is the real mastermind of their operations. While many believe he is merely a lifeless wooden puppet, Riley claims that he is alive and coerces her to commit violent crimes.

After Riley's arrest, Scarface was confiscated by the GCPD and placed in the precinct's Evidence Lock Up.

Sean Riley - Gotham Knights

Luigi Zatara - Gotham Knights

The grandfather of Giovanni "John" Zatara, Luigi  Zatara, was a celebrated stage magician. What his audiences didn't know was that he was a Homo magi capable of performing real "backwards" magic.

Both Giovanni and his great-granddaughter Zatanna followed in his footsteps.

Millie Jane Cobblepot - Gotham Knights

A descendant of the Cobblepot Family, Millie Jane Cobblepot (circa 19th century), saw through her family's greed and corruption and attempted to expose them to the press, meticulously documenting all their dealings in her private journal.

After failing to convince the people of Gotham that she was mad, the Court of Owls had her arrested on false charges and condemned to Blackgate Penitentiary. Her diary was confiscated, and she was left to rot for a crime she didn't even commit.

However, despite her family's best efforts to silence her, Millie escaped Blacgate through the prison's sewer system, leaving behind a single message carved into the walls: "Money cannot buy morality."
