Chemo - Justice League
An artificial intelligence powered by one of Dr Will Magnus's seven responsometers, Chemo was composed of highly volatile and dangerous chemicals. They were born when an unknown thief dropped their stolen responseometer into a vat of chemicals and ordered them to assassinate Magnus.
Karma - Justice League
The alter-ego of Wayne Hawkins, Karma (d. 2013), was a member of the Doom Patrol with the power to generate and project a probability field around him that makes it physically impossible for an opponent to hurt him. While the Chief calls this "defensive telepathic nerve pulse disruption," he calls it Karma, hence his name.
He was killed during a fight with Johnny Quick in Denver, Colorado, when the Speedster knocked him into the path of an explosion.
Wayne Hawkins - Justice League
The alter-ego of Karma, Wayne Hawkins (d. 2013), suffered a near-fatal accident that changed his life forever.
Saved by Dr Niles Caulder, his body was augmented, granting him meta-human abilities, which he used as a reluctant member of the Doom Patrol.
Scotty Fischer - Justice League
The alter-ego of Scortch, Scotty Fischer (d. 2013), was a high school honour student when a life-threatening accident changed his life forever.
Saved by Dr Niles Caulder, he was given meta-human abilities and inducted into the ranks of the Doom Patrol.

The alter-ego of Scott Fischer, Scortch (d. 2013), was a member of the Doom Patrol with the power to generate and project intense heat and radiation. Because his powers are so unstable, he must wear a protective suit at all times to stop him from going nuclear.
He was killed by Atomica when she used her shrinking powers to jump into his ear and cut off his anterior cerebral circulation, causing him to have an internal haemorrhage.
Mick Rory - Earth 3 - Justice League
An officer for the CCPD, Mick Rory (d. 2008), was murdered by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda after he and his partner, Leonard Snart, were held hostage at S.T.A.R. Labs and forced to fight to the death, with the promise that the winner’s family would be spared.
Distraught about killing Snart, Rory pleaded for his family’s lives, but was shot and killed instead.
Leonard Snart - Earth 3 - Justice League
An officer for the CCPD, Leonard "Lenny" Snart (d. 2008), was murdered by his friend and partner, Mick Rory, after they were held hostage at S.T.A.R. Labs and forced to fight to the death, with the promise that the winner’s family would be spared.
Marco Mardon - Earth 3 - Justice League
A detective for the CCPD, Samuel Scudder (d. 2008), was murdered by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda.
Axel Walker - Earth 3 - Justice League
A rookie officer for the CCPD, Axel Walker (d. 2008), was killed by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda after they threw him down an elevator shaft, then beat him to death when they realised he had survived with a broken neck.
Samuel Scudder - Earth 3 - Justice League
A sergeant for the CCPD, Samuel Scudder (d. 2008), was murdered by Jonathan Allen and Rhonda Pineda.
Ray Palmer - Earth 3 - Justice League
A test subject for S.T.A.R. Lab's "Project: Atomico", Ray Palmer was killed when his containment unit was damaged by Rhonda Pineda. The resulting explosion permanently altered her body, granting her meta-human abilities.
Morty - Justice League
An American mob boss, Morty (d. 2013), was killed by Owlman after accidentally mistaking him for Batman.
The Gazzo Crime Family - Justice League
An American crime family, their leadership was wiped out by Owlman in Chicago. What remained of their forces and assets was seized by Franco Bertinelli.

John Grayson - Earth 3 - Justice League
The late husband of Mary Grayson, the father of Richard and Rachel Grayson and an acrobat for the Graysons Circus, John Grayson, "inherited" the circus after murdering the previous owner, Anthony Zucco.
Now in control of a highly successful international circus, he would use it as a front for money laundering, eventually putting him in touch with Owlman whenever they were visiting Gotham.
John was eventually killed by Wayne, who had taken a shine to Richard and hoped that by orphaning the teen, he could replace his late brother.
Mary Grayson - Earth 3 - Justice League
The late wife of John Grayson, the mother of Richard and Rachel Grayson and an acrobat for the Graysons Circus.
