A costumed supervillain and enemy of the Justice League, Polka-Dot-Man was active in Metropolis during the Brainiac invasion.
Task Force X discovered evidence of a fight between him and Terminaut Troopers, which resulted in a lot of death. This possibly included himself.
Though as "Green Lantern" had been hunting down metas and costumed superheroes & villains to intergrate into Brainiac's army for three weeks prior to TFX's arrival, it is possible that he was adbucted and imprisoned aboard Brainiac's Skull Ship.
