Catman - Batman: Arkham Knight: Genesis

An inmate at Arkham Asylum, Catman, aka Thomas Blake, was hired by the Joker, along with Blockbuster, to impersonate Batman and beat the captured, psychologically tortured Jason Todd to death.

After Todd freed himself from his restraints, he overpowered and killed Blake, shooting him in the chest.
