A half-human/Kryptonian clone and enemy of Superman, the late Bizarro's weapons and tech were scavenged by Lex Luthor in the aftermath of Brainiac’s invasion.
After Luthor sought asylum on Earth-1, he supplied TFX with these weapons to use in their fight against the Coluan.
