A costumed supervillain and enemy (ally and frequent lover) of Batman, the late Catwoman's weapons and tech were scavenged by Lex Luthor in the aftermath of Brainiac’s invasion.
After Luthor sought asylum on Earth-1, he supplied TFX with these weapons to use in their fight against the Coluan.
