A supervillain and enemy of the Justice League, the late Brain's weapons and tech were scavenged by Lex Luthor in the aftermath of Brainiac’s invasion.
After Luthor sought asylum on Earth-1, he supplied TFX with these weapons to use in their fight against the Coluan.
